DESIGN AND BUILT 2 STOREY TERRACE CORNER HOUSE AT ALAM DAMAI, CHERAS, KUALA LUMPUR

TIMEFRAME BEFORE KICK OFF THE PROJECT.
1 month and 3 weeks.

How this project start ?
After received a phone call from the owner. We set up a date for an appointment.

1st meet up
We met up and discussed with Mr Harvindar OUR IDEAS about his house renovation. He agreed with our terms and conditions.

2nd meet up.
2 week after, we presented to Mr Harvinder OUR idea's. We gave to him a full set of presentation drawing,inclusive layout plan and 3D perspective drawing for the owner to VISUALISE the final outcome of the house. Thereafter,we discussed and a few item need to be revised.

3rd meet up.
2 week after we meet up again and set to finalize everything. We both agreed. And we sign up the contract with the term and condition applied.

4th meet up.
We submit the submission drawing to the DBKL since the project is under authorities of DBKL. We manage to get the approval for this renovation works 3 weeks after submission.

5th meet up.
We start the construction works.
